# Installing the plugin

To install the plugin follow these steps:

1. In QGIS, go to Plugin → Install/Manage plugin → All plugins.
2. Search for plugin JMap Cloud and install it.
3. You will be asked to create a principal password for the QGIS authentication database.
   * On Windows, this password will be saved in the Windows password manager.
   * On MacOS, the password will be asked every time you open QGIS.

The plugin will be accessible in the Web menu.
