# Settings

To view or modify a project's settings:

1. Click the menu icon, then select **Settings**. The project configuration interface appears. The interface here contains three tabs: **Settings**, **Extensions**, and **Presentation**.
2. Make the desired changes to the settings. All settings are editable.
3. If you want to add a presentation interface for users of JMap NG applications, the **Presentation** tab provides the tools to configure it.
4. Click **Update** to save your changes.

The modification date is displayed in the **Modification** column when the project is shown in **List** view.

## Project Presentation

This tab provides HTML text editing tools to configure a presentation for the project.

You can insert hyperlinks, images, videos, and documents in the presentation.

Images, videos, and documents can be added from a URL or from an existing file that you can drag and drop into the interface.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.jmapcloud.io/en/jmap-cloud-portal/user-guide-for-jmap-cloud-portal/organizing-data-into-projects/managing-projects/settings.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
