Displaying Feature Information

Some map features display a popup when you click on them.

The popup can contain information about the feature's attributes: text, hyperlinks to open documents or videos in their native applications, photos, 360-degree photos, etc.

Sometimes features from multiple overlapping layers display popups. In this case, when you click on a feature, the popup presents the information corresponding to each overlapping feature. The content of the layer in the foreground is displayed first, followed by the content of the underlying layers. The order of information in the popup reflects the layer display order.

If you have permission to edit the layer, the edit icon allows you to access the editing functions for which you have permissions. Otherwise, this icon is not displayed. See the Editing Data section for more details.

Popups are not persistent and are displayed for one feature at a time.
