Exporting / Printing a Map
You can export the map in different formats to print it or insert it into various documents. The configuration tools are in the Export / Print panel.
The Export / Print Panel
To open the Export / Print panel, click

The panel contains the following configuration options:

Title
Enter the map title. It is displayed in real time in the preview.

Paper format
Select the format from the dropdown list. The map template updates in real time.

Scale
Enter a scale value. The map updates in real time. You can also modify the scale directly in the map interface.

Orientation
Select the paper orientation from the dropdown menu: Portrait or Landscape. The map updates in real time.

File type
Select the export format from the dropdown list: PNG, JPEG, or PDF.

Date
Check this option to display the date on the map.

North arrow
Check this option to display the north arrow on the map.

Graphic scale
Check this option to display the graphic scale on the map.

Legend
Check this option to display the legend.
The legend is dynamic: it displays the layers with the styles visible on the map. Layers and styles that are not visible (due to extent, scale, etc.) are not displayed in the legend.
The frame displayed in the center of the map interface represents the area that will be exported. It is fixed and its dimensions vary according to the selected paper format and orientation.
Exporting the Map
Configure the desired options in the Export / Print panel.
Move the map and adjust its scale to display the data to include in the export within the frame.
Click Download to export the map in the selected format.
The name of the exported file is composed of the map title followed by the project name.
